Springbreak in rocky point
Year after year during March, thousands of college and university students from Arizona, California, New Mexico and other American states, temporarily migrate in groups, along with their youthful enthusiasm and a desire to enjoy a great vacation, to Rocky Point in Mexico.
Rocky Point (or Puerto Penasco, as Mexicans call it) is a quaint little town with sandy beaches and a gorgeous blue sea and sky. The townsfolk are always willing and more than happy to receive tourists all year round, and during spring is no exception, when spring breakers are welcomed and greeted with a smile, as they arrive to stay at the budget hotels or luxurious resorts in the area. There are a lot of clubs, restaurants, and bars, so you shouldn't have any problems making new friends as long as you follow Mexican regulations, which are in most cases, the same as in the US (Remember that in Mexico, the minimum age to buy and drink alcohol is eighteen).

In the States, Rocky Point is also known as "Arizona's beach", as it is just a short drive from Phoenix and Tucson. Its proximity to the U.S., the town's cool vibe, and its safe environment make Rocky Point the place to be for spring break.
